Regan is the founder & CEO of Lohman & Associates, Inc., a leading life science focused, outsourced finance and accounting firm. With 16 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, and auditing, Regan brings a wealth of expertise to our board. Regan’s collaborative approach has seen her partner with companies across various stages of growth, providing invaluable support as CFO, facilitating debt and equity transactions, and implementing operational efficiencies within finance departments. Her journey has encompassed the full spectrum of startup experiences, from IPO to wind-down.
Prior to establishing Lohman & Associates, Regan honed her skills in Ernst & Young LLP’s audit practice. Subsequently, she has lent her expertise to startups spanning diverse industries such as technology, biotechnology, renewable energy, CPG, advertising, and professional services. Regan holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Iowa and an M.S. in Accountancy from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
